Don’t come here and don’t believe them,they do nothing for your car,only thing they can do is charge you without repairing

James, this review might be on the wrong shop. This is the Fulton Ave location and we haven't had a "James D" since 2013. If it is meant for us, please email me at [email protected]. I would like to get a better understanding on your experience so that I can better resolve concerns. I'm not sure if this was a diagnostic thing or a defective repair. Sometimes clients get frustrated when they pay for diagnosis but decline the repair estimate. Even if the client chooses not to make the repair, we/they still have to pay for the technician's labor to diagnose the issue.

I had a very nice experience with this family-owned company. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Alex was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. He kept me appraised with the auto repairs with the necessary recommendations. When I solicit his feedback on concerns or further work, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. He is the first company that asked me about allergies, so he was able to get the right AC filter. Thank you since I suffered of sinus issues. Thank you to Alex and the staff that worked in my car!

Came here to get my Catalytic converters replaced on my Nissan Titan. Cats were outrageously expensive, but thats totally out of the control of the shop, that's just what we get for living in CA. The labor price was very reasonable. And they had my car done very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Thank you for your confidence. Yep, converters are very expensive. Specially in CA because of CA's writes it's own emissions laws.
