Don’t come here and don’t believe them,they do nothing for your car,only thing they can do is charge you without repairing
James, this review might be on the wrong shop. This is the Fulton Ave location and we haven't had a "James D" since 2013. If it is meant for us, please email me at [email protected]. I would like to get a better understanding on your experience so that I can better resolve concerns. I'm not sure if this was a diagnostic thing or a defective repair. Sometimes clients get frustrated when they pay for diagnosis but decline the repair estimate. Even if the client chooses not to make the repair, we/they still have to pay for the technician's labor to diagnose the issue.
