I am pleased with the service I received at Made in Japan. They diagnose what is wrong with the vehicle; they don't just start throwing parts and labor at the problem. For example, I had taken my car to 3 other mechanics to determine why my car was overheating.They either found nothing or proposed very expensive repairs which, as it turned out, would not have fixed the overheating issue. In contrast, the fellows at Made in Japan actually checked to find out what was wrong with the car first, and then FIXED the problem, (and it was an inexpensive fix)! Also, the customer service is great. Kevin was good at explaining clearly what was needed for my car and why.
