This shop and all the mechanics who work at Made in America Made in Japan are just the bomb when it comes to caring for, diagnosing and curing whatever is not right with my 1999 Nissan Pathfinder. I found these guys when I moved to Sacramento and have I've trusted Gary, Kevin and all their mechanics, (honestly I don't know all their names) for over 3 years with complete certainty that I'm being told the truth about their diagnosis and not some mumbo jumbo bs story about it (just because I'm a senior female who MIGHT not understand and let them get away with cheating me with a pumped up page of unnecessary repairs) and an estimate of costs that could help my grandson go to college someday (he celebrated his 2nd birthday in April). I really really like the way Kevin treats me both on the phone when I'm upset because I have to have my car towed in to the shop and the way he slows down and tells me what's wrong in a way I can understand . Also, when I explain how the car is behaving, Kevin doesn't roll his eyes in disbelieve. Thanks again guys for helping me stay safe on the roads! I'll be Bach !
