Avoid this shop as they engage in taking advantage of people (my sister using my vehicle) , failing to give accurate written quotes and changing quantities without notice, and end up charging +25% markup on dealership MSRP parts pricing. This shop failed to accurately communicate. Also to note the final bill was higher than the nearby dealership and included less services (no wheel alignment) and took a alot longer than originally estimated for the work.
Navjot, it's really the other way around. You did have an estimate, we had a long conversation with you about the estimate, and you authorized that estimate. Then when the work was done, you tried to work us over with ideocracies. Nothing was "added" to the estimate. Too long? You brought the car to us on 08/01, you authorized repairs 08/02, and you had the car picked up on 08/03. So your just making things up. The parts might have been a little higher (not confirmed) but our labor was $300 less! So the total estimate was actually very close to the dealer but ours came with a much longer warranty! It's unreasonable to expect us to match the lowest labor from one shop and the lowest part price from another shop. That just doesn't make any sense. Did you try to get the dealership to lower their labor match ours?
