I recommend this shop to anyone in need of honest work done for a reasonable price. In an era where good customer service is rare, the staff here rate way above average. They listen to you, take the time to explain what they are doing and are very detailed . They DO NOT try to sell you on unnecessary work. Above all they do a great job and are trustworthy! I will not take my car any place else.

I had a 5 star experience with Made in America-Made in Japan- Sacramento! I recently moved to Sacramento from the East Bay. After I read their Yelp review I figured that I would try them out. I spoke with Kevin to schedule my appointment , he was kind and extremely professional. As a woman you are aware that you can be taken advantage of by mechanics so I was cautious. From the moment I arrived Kevin took great car of me and my vehicle and provided excellent customer service! I bring my cars for lots of maintenance and repairs. Kevin, Gary , Ian and Gilbert and another employee they have that I do not know well yet, all treat me good and are honest. Talk about honest ! Today I had a simple fuse problem. They found an extra fuse in my car and they put it in without charging me a Penny ! They could have told me anything to try to make a buck, but Kevin was honest and told the truth and didn't even charge me like other repair shops might. Trust these guys to do good work and Trust these guys to tell the truth! If they ever need my help I will give them the best I can give them. They deserve it !

5 star quality work. I bring my cars to Kevin & Gary all the time. They treat me like family. I can trust them. I usually book my appointments with Kevin and I have complete faith in what he tells me. He has proven himself to be honest. Gary is usually working in his office but he almost always comes out for conversation if he has time. Ian is one of the mechanics and the other mechanic is very talented. I have only met him twice but I have seen his work. Bottom Line, I trust this shop and everyone working there. Try them, you will get quality service and treatment. Mike
