Okay, finally i decided to post my impression about this place and his employees. They are all polite and friendly until you back to them with problem that was caused by their fault. First: i came just to change oil and gave them my car. In half hour i got my car and receipt for $77, which is much more then priced for oil change, on their website price was about $35. After I figured that they decided to check everything on my car and include it in my receipt. Okay, but I didn't ask to do that for me. I just leaved this place... but... After week of driving i was on highway and i still 100% sure that some of guys, who was changed oil in my car not properly attached engine protection under car. As a matter of fact - screw was lost and this protection was unattached and start damaging my car and asphalt. I was with baby in car, it was really dangerous. So i was forced to stop car immediately. In the nearest car service they fix temporary my car and i decided to come back to Made in Japan-Made in America to show them what was happen because of their fault, and they should fix it! So when i start my dialog with manager. He and all employees start acting very rude. They said that "I'm driving like a blonde", I don't know how to park car", "of course they said that it was my fault". Basically they tried to prove me that i am stupid guy, who came back with stupid problem. They never tried to apologize for it, very bad customer service! So i was really disappointed with that place and leave it again. ... But I forgot my receipt on reception and came back to grab it. So when i back - manager said that he heard how my car was grated road when i leaves their service. How you can HEAR it if you sitting in the office!? It was final act of "polite" dialog with them, they was really very rude through smile. So I promised them to leave my story here, and i keep my word! That was happen last summer
As with most reviews, this one is one sided. The issue was the plastic splash shield under the car had started to fall off due to missing and damaged retaining screws. It was obvious that the shield had been getting scraped on those concrete parking stops and steep driveways. This is very common on most cars and is not a dangerous issue. When you came back to our shop, we showed you these shields where not removed when we performed your oil service and the damaged was obviously caused by driving over parking stops and steep ramp driveways. We offered to replace without labor charges if you supplied the plastic shields. The reason our conversation started to go south is due to your demanding demeanor and refusal to accept the logic in the situation. We are a fair shop and would have gladly corrected any damage that we had caused. But in this case, there was no fault on our part. As for the charges, we do not charge for our courtesy inspections. If you read your repair order and if I remember correctly, you should see that you authorized us to replace your air filter. Hence the additional charge. I tried to look up your file to confirm but you used a different name to check in your car. I am sorry there wasn't a better outcome for you. Unfortunately this was a minor issue that got blown out of proportion.
