I really did not like the service at all, they charge expensive and they put cheap pieces, I do not recommend it

Pena, we installed factory KYB struts on your 07 Subaru with a 3 yr 36K mile nationwide warranty. How can you call that "cheap parts"? I don't understand your motive with this review. We used the best parts, your experience went well at the shop, and you're the one who requested the repair. Are you just bent later because you wanted premium service and parts at Gomer's Garage pricing?

If you want to get ripped off by crooks this is the place to go very bad customer service, no proffisional team, unfair repair cost Thieves and crooks! They will misdiagnose your vehicle, keep your vehicle for a long time and then overcharge you for their own mistakes! I sent my Jeep Wrangler in for an electrical diagnostic job, they charged me a lot of money and replaced the pigtail connectors, some sensors and the PCM with no change in the condition of my vehicle. After spending so much money, I had to take my Jeep out of this shop and have it fixed somewhere else. No sane person should step into this place.

C'mon, really? Can't own your review? How can we help you if we don't know who you are or haven't contacted us about your issues? You just left a one star for another reputable shop as well. Were you not happy with their estimate either? We haven't even purchased or replaced a Jeep PCM in 6 months. Are you even reviewing the correct shop? Tyler, I'm not sure why we get one star because your vehicle is having engine issues and there wasn't a "miracle" inexpensive fix. We do our best to save our clients money where we can but, in your case, the engine has internal issues.

Came here mid-September as I was looking into buying a 2nd Gen Toyota Highlander. I decided to come here to get a pre-purchase inspection done. The first Highlander I brought in I was sitting in their lot whether or not it was even worth having it inspected. Alex came out to me in the lot and free-of-charge looked under the front end of the vehicle proceeded to transparently tell me that I should go look at other options and to "listen to my gut". I felt much better bringing in another Highlander in. As soon as the inspection was done. He sent me a digital copy to my email. Very detailed with pictures and everything. He explained everything to me and the mechanic who did the inspection was very detail oriented. They did not try to "urgently" upsell me anything but rather broke everything down to "if the vehicle is worth purchasing". I ended up purchasing the vehicle and I absolutely love having the security in mind that I brought it here to be inspected before-hand. I plan to bring it here for future maintenance as that is all it basically needs to live for many years to come. After all, it is a Toyota that was well taken care of by its 1 previous owner. :)
