This visit I worked with Alex. He was amazing, very polite and super helpful. He walked me through everything, gave me honest recommendations, and took the time to explain the real expectations out of my vehicle. I wouldn't say that my car is as good as new. It is not that kind of a story. Rather, I am super grateful to not be pressured into a ton of repairs that would not solve the overall problem just for the sake of a quick money grab. The mechanics that worked on my vehicle, and every staff member I encountered, in person or on the phone, from the bottom of my heart thank you so much. Whatever my vehicle journey from this point forward, I will always look to these guys.

These guys are awesome! Saved a pregnant lady the headache of wasting thousands on getting a junk car, will definitely he using their services again. Chris has been so kind and the other shop members that I've talked to were patient and explained things to me, made recommendations, talked while I sat in comfy chairs during the pre-sale inspection. Could not recommend them enough!

You have a neglected Honda Fit with 284000 miles. How is the condition of your vehicle and cost of repair warrants a 2 star rate? I'm not sure what your expectation was. We performed diagnosis on your misfire issue, as requested, and presented an estimate. Are you disappointed that there wasn't a simple inexpensive solution? Your frustration seems misdirected. The needed repairs are due to neglect and lack of maintenance combined with very high mileage. That's not a reflection of our shop's performance. If something else was a concern, by all means, give me a call and I'll do my best to earn the 3 missing stars.

Pre Purchase Inspection done here On may 17th 2023 on Mercedes Benz C 300 .. did full size inspection. Charged $154+Tax . I think it’s little expensive but satisfy 💯 percent Special Thanks to NATALIE M. Technician And CHRIS Service Advisor
