We've taken 2 vehicles over here for their pre-vehicle inspection service, and it was totally worth it!!! They are extremely thorough and honest. The service report was easy to understand and was available right away. Even the staff not listed as being involved with the inspection knew the details of the vehicles when I called afterwards.

Vehicle owners in general (including myself) can be a bit apprehensive when having to deal with repair shops. And rightfully so. They aren't usually the most trustworthy people. However, if more shops were similar to this one, I truly believe that would not be the case. Doc Robinson is the man to see at Fulton location. Wasn't sure if last mechanics (different company)actually changed all my plugs during last tune up in 2015. Instead of not being honest and telling me I needed new plugs like I'm sure most places would have, they verified that they had been changed and that they were still good. Much respect and appreciation. Very pleased with service I have received thus far (inspection and fuel system treatment) and intend on returning for timing belt and water pump replacement. So far, so good 👍👍

I had a pre purchase inspection done on a car from a nearby used car lot. Although I didn’t end up purchasing it, the $130 inspection was worth it. Probably saved me higher future out of pocket costs (no warranty coverage) and headache and hassle of needing my car repaired. I especially appreciated the photos of the fluid test results and discrepancies. Their reports are digital, so it makes for easy and quick reference if you take it to another shop. Chris was very professional and courteous over the phone and in person. I didn’t feel like I was being spoken down to or that he was being dishonest. Very transparent business ethics and practices. Best of all, VERY CLEAN bathroom. That alone says a lot about a business.
