While the work performed at MIA is quality work; I'm losing faith and trust they have my best interest in mind. It was strongly recommended I change my air and cabin filters on my car during my service (add on sales). Come to find out my car doesn't have a cabin filter. Please only suggest truly needed repairs. I left the dealers because of this typle of behaviour. At least they didn't charge me for the cabin filter.

Sometimes vehicle manufacturers will add or delete optional equipment (like cabin filters) depending on trim level; unfortunately, due to difficulty of access, we cannot in every case know how a vehicle is equipped prior to disassembly. Our recommendation for this service was likely based on the condition of your engine air filter, which is usually serviced at the same interval as the cabin filter. If you gave us authorization to replace the filter, we would NEVER charge you for unnecessary or unperformed services.
