We brought my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an overdue major service. Previously I have taken my Infiniti G35 to this shop and have been ecstatic with the level of service and professionalism. The Jeep, as expected, needed some repairs, but I received a text message with a picture of the parts that needed to be replaced and the text was followed up with a phone call to discuss. The amount of transparency is wonderful, and always makes me comfortable with the recommendations. I authorized the service, but there was an issue with getting one of the parts. The service appointment was on a Friday, but we needed the Jeep for a trip on Monday. They came in on Saturday, drove to get the part and then did the work on what would be their day off. If you can get better (or even as good) service at your shop, keep going there. If not, you need to give these guys a try. They are the best independent shop I have ever dealt with. (I am an old man, so that's over 30 years of automotive service :-))
