Kevin and Aaron and Ian and Gary are all fantastic. The lines of communication are frequent and clear. Aaron knows seemingly everything about cars, what to look for and how to fix it. I would definitely recommend M in A, M in J.

Awesome as always...this time they helped us to avoid a bad deal from a used car dealership. Again, they took me under the car and explained to me very clearly what was going on with the vehicle, the best and worst case scenarios, and gave some clear much needed advice. They also took pictures of the oil leaks they had found, texted them to me, and priced all scenarios for me to take back to the dealership. I don't know what I'd do without 'em!

Sadly, my beloved Olds Alero was put to rest during its recent trip to Made in America; however, it wasn't for lack of effort by Kevin and his awesome team. They tried SO hard to keep my car on the road, but in the end we determined that it just wasn't worth the repair cost compared to the car's value. Kevin was honest, straightforward, and kind - I couldn't ask for a more positive experience (especially given the circumstances).

Thank God I found these guys online read a few reviews and presto problem solved and on the road.They are very knowledgeable and have the right equipment for the job .thanks alot guys

Made in America did a pre-purchase inspection on a Dodge 2001 4x4 and found 2 issues the dealer did not disclose, find, or failed to repair. With only a 48 hour period to have an inspection completed Made in America got the truck in quickly and explained the problems. They also faxed the repair quote to the dealership. This was all done for a small price compared to what was paid to the dealer for the truck and left us knowing we will have a safe and reliable truck once the repairs are completed. All the staff was friendly courteous to myself and the other customers. Thanks Made in America

I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING A USE CAMRY CAR. I TOOK THE CAR TO KEVIN TO GET THE CAR EVALUATED. I MUST SAY….HOW MUCH I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE ADVICE…BUT MOST IMPORTANT, THE PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTESY DISPLAYED BY THE STAFF /PERSONNEL. THERE ARE MANY BUSINESSES THAT ARE NOT CONGENIAL WHEN IT COMES TO DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS..AND MANY TIMES DISHONEST AND RUDE…. THYE STAFF OF MADE IN JAPAN WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL….IN THE ADDITION TO THEIR EXPERTISE…..

Did an excellent job, are very fair. I thought I needed more work done, but they checked it out and said my issues were ok. Completed work in timeframe promised.
