Kevin and his team really went beyond the call to diagnose and find the part for this problem. They took a personal interest in getting this figured out and resolved. I am finding this shop to consistently provide good value for the cost. There is no way around paying to maintain a vehicle but with these guys I know I am getting what I pay for. This shop is a keeper.

If it's worth doing, it is worth doing right. These guys are qualified to do just that. They don't come to your house, so they have overhead (ie a shop to repair, utilities, office staff), again, they're qualified, indicating years of training, incurring an expense/debt (like doctors and lawyers), they're in California (highly regulated and business unfriendly). Put these together and you will be expected to pay for their services and in the long run, it WILL BE WORTH IT, because, it will be done right, with quality parts.
