The front desk people (Doc and Sara) at the Fulton shop deliver outstanding customer service. Doc has a depth of knowledge, and breadth of experience that is assuring. Sara is new to MIJ-MIA but applies her previous experience in the industry and is already effective and efficient. Her people skills are an asset to Made in Japan. I had my 2003 Camry XLE rejuvenated from the inside out and expect to get another 100,000 miles on it with regular maintenance.

The quality of work and customer care is exceptional. From start to finish, my worries were settled by the knowledgeable front office staff. At that time, I knew I'd found the right place for me to ensure proper maintenance for my car long term. The quality of the work and additional inspections performed by the staff settled my worries and made me feel like I was a truly valued customer.

The quality of work is always 100%. I've been a long time customer and I wouldn't take my 2002 Jeep Liberty anywhere else, but to Made in America/Made in Japan. Trustworthy, upfront and honest.

I had some intermittent electrical issues And it was unknown how long it would take to diagnose it. Doc was very helpful in informing me about the process they would take to find the problem and that the solutions would be discussed with me before any further work was performed. They were able to find the root cause fairly easily and everything is working great again.

Dear Gary, I had the car i was considering buying brought into your shop. I dealt with Doc and Chris. They were both wonderful. They did a PPI for $129. Then they called and told me about their impression of the car and send me a comprehensive report with photos. They were instrumental in my purchasing the car. I cannot thank them enough. That this auto repair shop is the best in town. I have been taking my Jeep to them for about 8 years and they always get my repairs done right. They do my oil changes, brakes, radiator, tune ups and anything else I need. It never cost me an arm and leg. They are my heros.

I recently had an oil change done for my car. Excellent job from beginning to end. First, I was notified of the need for an oil change just when my car maintenance light came on to indicate one was needed.An appointment was scheduled taking into account my availability. The oil change/40 point inspection service was exemplary and the price was great. You can opt for a $20 quickie oil change, but it would not come close to the professional and in depth service you receive at Made In America Made In Japan!

I had a car dropped off here for a pre purchase inspection of a used car. I believe I spoke with Doc. Very helpful, friendly, and professional from beginning to the end. I felt like I was their only customer with how much time he spent with me on the phone answering my questions and concerns. Wish more mechanic shops had this level of customer service. I’m moving out of state soon, otherwise this would be my new mechanic shop!

I had my alternator replaced in January of 2016 and started having problems in December of 2017. Made In America's warranty is 36 month or 36,000 miles and I was very close to the 36,000 mark. I took my car in and it was the alternator and true to their policy they kept their word. I appreciate an automotive repair shop that is honest and does great work!! Thank You all at MIA/MIJ.

This place is great. They really stand behind their work. Alex is friendly and very helpful. I had a minor issue and without any question they said come back in and my issue was resolved. Refreshing that they did not try and avoid anything but helped me going above beyond expectations taking care of me. Very honest and truly care about their customers.

I can't recommend this shop enough! I was having issues with my car randomly stopping even as I was driving it and had bunch of other random symptoms and Made in America/Made in Japan was able to quickly diagnose and fix my car. I was really skeptical after a bad experience at Duncan's when I paid for a diagnostic test that gave vague and inconclusive results. But, Made in America/Made in Japan was an amazing experience through and through. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They ran their diagnostic test and were not able to replicate the symptoms I was experiencing, but they were determined to find a fix so they asked to keep the car one more day. Next day they had a suggestion and gave me the total costs and I happily agreed and it has been running smoothly ever since! I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone having difficult car problems. The team is great!

Being honest and candid goes a long way for me and I have just been thoroughly impressed by the actions of this company. I was able to have a good conversation with the owner that was able to get a lot of things resolved and we both seems to come away with positive vibes. With that being said I do not question the Integrity of this company and I do believe they do good work because most of my experience with them has been positive. I revise my review because they have shown to be a company that cares about their consumers and I will definitely bring my car here again. I believe most of us just want a company that puts themselves in the other person shoes and willing to work things out, which they have. Very cool and professional...

I called this place because I was getting so much run around with other shops/Honda dealer just to get my car looked at and an estimate. This place had excellent customer service! Alex and Steven were amazing in communicating with me and not trying to sale anything to me at all or do anything shady. I left this place feeling relieved about my car that there was no major damage done and they even were able to get my car back to drivable condition at no extra cost to me. I can’t say enough good things about them and will definitely be back to do business with them again in the future.

This visit I worked with Alex. He was amazing, very polite and super helpful. He walked me through everything, gave me honest recommendations, and took the time to explain the real expectations out of my vehicle. I wouldn't say that my car is as good as new. It is not that kind of a story. Rather, I am super grateful to not be pressured into a ton of repairs that would not solve the overall problem just for the sake of a quick money grab.
